Ms Ndlovu is a compassionate, dedicated, enthusiastic, creative and innovative person. Her experience spreads across industries from public and private sector, education, entertainment as well as NGO. In the education sector, besides being an Entrepreneur, she has held positions such as Senior Lecturer/Education Specialist, Lecturer, Disability Unit Coordinator, and Teacher/Educator. In sectors such as NGO and media, Ndlovu has held positions such as Human Resources and Admin Assistant, Managing Director, Film Director and Producer, and more.
FAMILY AND HISTORY
Ms Thembelihle Gugulabasha Ndlovu is a wife and mother of three. She has been married since 2002. She has two daughters and one son and their initials have been used to name her company VMC. It is because of the support from her family, that she is able to thrive.
EDUCATION
Currently a PhD Candidate (Psychology), Thembelihle Gugulabasha Ndlovu holds various qualifications such as Master of Education in Psychology of Education, Honours Bachelor of Education in Psycho-Educational Support, Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and Social Services specialising in Psychological Counselling, as well as Higher Diploma in Education. In addition, Ms Ndlovu did courses in Public Relations, Media Studies and Journalism, Creative Writing, Future Leaders in Digital Business and TEFL for Teaching English as Foreign Language.

VMC Consultancy (PTY) Ltd
Ms Thembelihle Gugulabasha Ndlovu is the Founder & Director of VMC Consultancy (PTY) Ltd that focuses on diversity and inclusivity. Her consulting company provides psychology-based practical strategies for companies, education institutions (schools and colleges) and individuals to achieve success.
Ms Ndlovu's passion for business started very early when she founded her first company called GUYZ Models and Productions in 2001. It was during her tenure at GUYZ Models & Productions that she took on the roles of Scriptwriter; Film Producer and Director and released her two low-budget films called U-Sthandwa (The Loved One) and If Only You Knew aka How To Play A Player. She also acted in her films. Both her films were showcased on Africa Magic channels. As Managing Director of GUYZ, she came to the spotlight when magazines such as Oprah and Destiny, TV shows, radio stations and newspapers interviewed and profiled her (see press).
AUTHOR: Born Into A Secret Society
Ms Ndlovu's Book, which is available on Amazon, is a memoir of her journey to discovering who she is and accepting her call from ancestors. She narrates how her Western and African perspectives of psychology shaped her, including how her upbringing, education and African practices at her home, as well as incidents that she experienced, prepared her. It is in this book where she introduces Afriwesternism philosophy.
ISANUSI - "The Call"
As a traditional practitioner (Isanusi) and a pioneer of African Psychology, Ms Ndlovu answered "the call" from her ancestors to carry the family trade and take over the bag (isikhwama). Besides assisting her clients, Ms Ndlovu uses her platform on YouTube and her podcast (Shaped by Psychology) to educate more people about the fusion of Western and African Psychology and Spirituality.
